John Sperry - CEO
Since the early 1990's, Mr. Sperry has guided and directed the product and technology development for three companies. He is particularly skilled at finding technology solutions to constrained business problems. Mr. Sperry was CTO for BlueStep, Inc. where he helped design and implement a collaborative web solution that was used by 30,000 people daily from the State of Utah to the University of Arizona. He worked with Sungard Data Systems as their Senior Vice President of Technology. At Sungard he implemented large enterprise financial and CRM solutions for companies such as State Farm, Citibank, Bank of America, Prudential Securities, Met life, New York Life and others. Before Sungard, Mr. Sperry was the Vice President of Product Development for Sterling Wentworth. At Sterling Wentworth, he designed various cross-selling and profiling applications using 'fuzzy logic'. He implemented solutions with USAA, GMAC, Mutual of Omaha, Wachovia Bank and other financial institutions. Mr. Sperry spent a year working for the Garn Institute of Finance. He has his MBA and Finance degrees from the University of Utah and Brigham Young University.

Richard D. Hanks - Chairman and President
Rich has been a senior executive of several Fortune 500 companies as well as several start-up ventures. His experience spans multiple industries and disciplines, including many years as an adjunct university professor and as an executive consultant. He was an EVP and Corporate Officer at Marriott, where he led the marketing strategy, sales, distribution, and revenue management efforts for Marriott's 13 lodging brands and $18 billion in sales. Most notably, Rich was named "The Leading Sales Innovator in the Lodging Industry," and Marriott's sales team was rated one of the top 25 in the U.S. for 4 years under his leadership. Rich also led Marriott onto the Internet, prompting Bill Gates to refer to him as an "important Internet champion" in his book "Business @ the Speed of Thought". Earlier in his career, Rich was called the "Leader of Hotel Revenue Management and Strategy" for his leadership in hotel pricing and yield management. Rich previously spent several years at PepsiCo's Frito-Lay Division in Strategic Planning, and with Price Waterhouse as a CPA and Management Consultant. He was also CEO of BlueStep, a software start-up, which grew to include 8 branded products prior to it being acquired in 2002. He was nominated for Utah Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001 and 2007. He was also the interim head of Marketing and Strategy for USDTV, Inc., an over-the-air digital TV service provider, as it progressed from start-up to product launch. He is an author and frequent teacher/speaker at trade, academic and professional gatherings, and is widely quoted in top business journals and trade publications. An active participant on various boards of corporations, universities, and foundations, Hanks was a lecturer and adjunct professor at Cornell University for 10 years and on the Board of the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and his MBA from Northwestern University.

Kurt Williams - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Williams is a software design innovator with over ten years experience in architecting solutions for technology startups. With extensive experience in enterprise-level software development, information architecture, and user experience design, Kurt specializes in crafting solutions to complex business problems. He was Director of Software Design for BlueStep, Inc. where he was involved in the design and implementation of a large scale Web-based collaboration system. He also worked with Sungard Data Systems as Director of Internet Technology where he was instrumental in the research and development of Internet deployed financial services and CRM applications. While with Sungard, he created highly interactive web-based solutions for major clients including State Farm, USAA, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and IBM. Prior to his work with Sungard, Kurt founded the Web solutions group at Sterling Wentworth, a financial services software company, where he Internet-enabled the organization's line of desktop applications. Before coming to Sterling Wentworth, Kurt developed practice management software for The Hoehne Group, a healthcare software startup based in Park City Utah where he helped build the first wave of electronic medial records products based on the Windows platform. He has Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Weber State University.

Brad Clark - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Clark brings to the team 10 years of experience in product development and implementation, client management, and business administration. His experience includes specifically the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide financial planning sales systems and web collaboration tools as well as the financial control and administration of a rapidly growing company. His value to the company lies in his diverse set of skills including: Client Management, Project Management, Software Development Process, Product Design and Development, and Accounting and Finance. Brad's background includes working as the Director of Program Management for BlueStep, Inc. where he was responsible for the design and development of BlueStep's web collaboration product. He also spent several years as a Senior Project Manager at Sungard Data Systems overseeing the implementation of Sungard's financial sales and analysis systems with such clients as IBM, Prudential Securities, and AXA Advisors. Before managing product implementations, Brad was the Controller for Sterling Wentworth Corporation, a rapidly growing company that was later acquired by Sungard Data Systems. In this capacity, he supervised all of the accounting, finance, and office administration responsibilities of the company. He has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Lonnie Mayne - Executive Vice President, Sales
Lonnie earned his reputation as a leading Sales Executive, with over 19 years of executive leadership in sales, marketing and operations. He is specifically known for successfully developing cohesive sales teams that focus on increasing both sales and overall profitability. As Lonnie would say "If you focus on the people (internal and external) the results will follow!" He has been recruited by leading companies to implement his approach in making "good" sales teams "great." Lonnie has frequently spoken to numerous groups, including multiple universities, on the subject of "lean distribution strategies". His experience has made him an expert on value-added selling, creating customer value, team building, individual development and lean distribution models. Lonnie joined Mindshare Technologies from the Affinia Group in Michigan, where he served as VP, Special Market Sales. He was responsible for creating high performance sales teams and setting the strategic direction for three operating divisions, including Heavy Duty, Retail and Affinia's Motorsports / NASCAR program. Prior to Affinia, he was VP, Sales for No.1 International (Hi-Tech Engine Components) and later became President of Hi-Tech's factory engineering group, and a member of the Board of Directors. While at No.1 International Lonnie and his teams were successful in partnering with the most respected customers in the industry, helping them to increase their sales and profitability. Previously, Lonnie was National Sales Manager for Timken Bearing Co. in Ohio. Lonnie attended the University of Utah and later completed Ohio State University's Executive Education Leadership program. He also received the distinguished automotive AAP degree from Northwood University in Michigan.

Chadley D. Hortin - Vice President, Account Management
Chad has over 20 years of senior-level executive experience in technology design, development and market creation. His focus has been in assisting companies to apply technology at the point of interaction with their customers to enhance the quality of each customer experience. His experience includes the design, deployment and training related to complex expert system technologies in small and large organizations. As Vice President at Sterling Wentworth Corporation and then SunGard Data Systems he filled roles ranging from Client Services, to Product Management and Account Management of Key Accounts. His expertise is in working closely with companies to insure that deployed technologies fit their organizational needs and then supporting companies to make sure that they achieve the maximum anticipated operational benefits from each solution. Chad has implemented and supported solutions with USAA, State Farm, MetLife, AXA, Prudential and other Fortune 500 companies. His approach is to build collaborative teams both within and between companies so that unique and diverse skills and talents can be applied to identifying opportunities, implementing solutions and driving operational improvements. He has taught courses at Brigham Young University and provided training for Arthur Anderson, Ernst & Young, New York Life, Prudential, John Hancock, The New England and Transamerica as well as many other organizations. Chad has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah and MBA and Law Degrees from Brigham Young University.

Derek Newbold - Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Newbold is a software development leader with over 10 years experience at recognizing and understanding demanding customer and business needs, and delivering revenue generating technology solutions to meet those needs. Derek joins Mindshare Technologies from Ingenix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Health Group. While with Ingenix, Derek lead the development efforts to deliver a new suite of Internet based applications that generated over $15 million annually in new revenue to Ingenix. Derek was also fundamental to the development of technology solutions to replace the existing manual processes of managing and delivering Ingenix publications that generate over $50 million in annual revenue for Ingenix. He also worked with Bluestep, Inc. where he was involved in the design and implementation of a large scale Web-based collaboration system. Derek earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
