Steve Weisz is the President of Marriott Vacation Club International. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Ritz Carlton, LLC. Steve's career with Marriott spans 32 years and includes several key executive management positions. Prior to his current position he worked for Marriott International and served as EVP Lodging Brands, SVP Sales and Marketing and RVP Operations. He holds a BS, in Hotel Administration, from Cornell University, and an honorary doctoral degree from Johnson & Wales University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of ARDA, the Industry Council for the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, the Advisory Board of the UCF Rosen School of Hospitality Management, is a past board member of the Maryland Hotel/Motel Association, and is Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Governors for Children's Miracle Network.
Glen Mella is the President and COO of Control4, an early leader in IP-based home control and entertainment systems. He has held senior-level management positions within large, publicly-traded software and consumer product companies, as well as early-stage technology ventures. Prior to joining Control4, Glen was with Triton PCS. Glen has also held executive and management positions at CRS Retail Systems, Found, TenFold, Novell, WordPerfect, Dial Corporation, and Frito-Lay/PepsiCo. Glen holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

Scott Knell is the enterprise architect and head of IT strategy for MedImmune, an AstraZeneca subsidiary, and a member of the AstraZeneca enterprise architecture board. He has held senior positions, including as CTO and CIO, at Marriott International, Host Hotels, Black and Decker, Computer Sciences, IBM and Gartner. He has also been a consultant to management and government on six continents, including to more than half of the Fortune 100. Scott attended Brigham Young University and holds advanced degrees in software engineering from the University of Oxford and in management from the University of Southern California. He currently conducts postgraduate research in information and communications technology at the University of Cambridge.
