Mindshare's primary servers are hosted at XMission, a state-of-the-art co-location, hosting facility in Salt Lake City, providing equipment and extensive disaster recovery plans that ensure your data is protected, secure - and continuously available. Mindshare's backup Network Operating Center (NOC) is located independently in Denver to ensure efficient load balancing with critical redundancy protection.

Mindshare's offsite host provides a combination of dedicated security personnel and the latest CCTV camera systems giving true round-the-clock monitoring of the interior and exterior of the facility. Access to the data center is limited to authorized personnel and is strictly enforced by electronic access cards and biometric pin access codes. Certified MCSE, RHCE, and CCIE technicians and engineers monitor servers, network status, and connectivity to Internet backbone and Telephony providers.

Redundant Systems
Cisco routers, switches and sub-master switches, a power system with diesel-fueled emergency generators, in addition to the regular grid electrical power, assure that Mindshare's servers operate 24/7. To ensure the dependability of our network infrastructure, Mindshare's host relies on multiple series routers as well as switches, firewalls, and load-balancing tools.

Individual servers are each connected to a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), with redundant cooling in all areas to protect temperature sensitive equipment. Remote and local monitoring of electrical, mechanical, and emergency support systems is continuous.

Security Management
The security of network transmissions is of utmost importance to Mindshare. Our host has matched this priority with heavy investments in network security designed to override service interruptions due to accidental or hacking incidents.
